Community Paramedic (CP@clinic) coming to you!

Primary Care Connect runs a community paramedic program called the CP@clinic. The clinic provides outreach across our community, providing FREE health assessments for those over 18. Check where we will be in January and February!

Are you supporting a loved one with an addiction?

The InFocus program is for you! This is a FREE, two day program aimed at providing support, education and information for those who are impacted by a loved one's substance use. 
The next program is running in Shepparton in May.

Jarvis Atkinson's story

Tim's triumph over addiction
