The Women's Health Clinic has been designed as a Women's Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic that offers women a confidential and safe setting, to discuss sexual health concerns and receive specialist sexual and reproductive health care. 

The Women's Health Clinic provides information, support, clinical services and appropriate specialist referrals for issues concerning:


  • Sexual health education
  • Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) testing and treatment
  • Pregnancy tests
  • Partnering with GP clinics to provide additional services.
  • Cervical screening tests
  • Contraception options
  • Free condoms
  • Emergency contraception
  • Implanon insertion/removal
  • IUD insertion/removal
  • Unplanned pregnancy options
  • Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTOP) - access MTOP information sheet 
  • Surgical Termination of Pregnancy (STOP)

When you visit the clinic you will be assessed by a registered nurse with training in sexual and reproductive health. The nurse will help you decide what is the right kind of support for you. 
In some cases, the nurse may refer you to other services including our General Practitioner (GP) service.

Eligibility

  • There is no eligibility requirement to attend the Women's Health Clinic. The clinic is available to anyone who identifies as female and appointments can be made as per below.
