The CP@clinic program offers you a free health check, conducted by a community paramedic or nurse. The program is designed for management or prevention of chronic disease or illness.
Community paramedics and nurses use their expertise, knowledge and skills to conduct health assessments and provide health advice. The CP@clinic team can help you improve your health.
