The Annual Quality of Account reports allows us a great opportunity to share our achievements, and learnings from the year of service to our community. We really value feedback from our clients, community, and other partners. This feedback can help us to continue to improve and ensure we are always providing a quality, locally relevant and safe service to all.
Our strategic plan is designed in consultation with community, staff, and other local partner organisations. It is informed by community and stakeholder feedback, local evidence of need of services, and relevant state and national service frameworks. This plan acts as our guiding document to ensure we are always working towards improving the health and wellbeing of our communities.
